Badass Nature was created in 2013 and run as a Facebook page only until 2020.
First run by two students, Adrian and Mirex, now only by Mirex, the page's aim has been to increase our readers' appreciation of nature from the perspective of biology.
Pages about nature are often based on antropomorphization and incomplete data. Badass Nature aims to increase the readers' love for nature through facts and research in the field of ecology and evolutionary biology (and beyond). I'm here to bring scientific research closer to the public.
It is my duty, in the age of misinformation, to bring fact-checked content to the front, be open about the sources I use, and to prove that nature needs no artificially added value. Nature is badass on its own.
